Just curious to know if any others have family members with special dietary needs and how they manage these needs.  We have Celiac Disease in our family and I have spent the past year experimenting with different gluten-free products and recipes.  Would be happy to share info, if there is interest out there.  Also interested in Chrone's and IBS, as well as Diverticulitus diet ideas.
