Gina Schmadeke, age 47, of Loyal, WI died Saturday, August 31, 2013 at the Ministry Home Care Hospice, House of the Dove in Marshfield, WI. 

Gina Marie Schmadeke was born on August 9, 1966 in Cedar Rapids, IA the daughter of Charles and Ellen (McDonald) Schmadeke. She attended school in Solon, IA and graduated from Solon High School in 1984. Gina then started a family, and in 1991 they moved to Middleton, WI, where she worked at Kohl's Food Stores. In 1995, they moved to Loyal, WI and she worked at Kwik Trip in Loyal and Menard's and Prince Corporation in Marshfield. Her illness forced her to retire two years ago.

She is survived by a fiancée, Matt Koski of Loyal, three children, Brianna (Karl) Wagner of North Liberty, IA, Megan Beatty of Eau Claire, WI and Marcus Beatty of Colby, WI, along with two step-children, Bethany (Caleb) Franklin of Eau Claire, WI and Heather Koski of Madison, WI. Gina is also survived by one granddaughter, Violet Wagner of North Liberty, IA, her parents, Charles and Ellen Schmadeke of Solon, IA, a brother, Brian (Chris) Schmadeke of Waterloo, IA and two sisters, Kara (Jeff) Schmadeke-Booze of Anamosa, IA and Mary (Richard) Paterson of Riverside, IA.

Funeral Services for Gina will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville. Pastor Douglas Bjerke will officiate. Interment will be in the Loyal Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday and from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Wednesday at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville.
