Anniston - Memorial service for Richard John Jackson, 54, of Anniston, will be announced at a later time. Mr. Jackson died Monday at Regional Medical Center. Mr. Jackson was a native of Massachusetts, where he attended the University of Massachusetts. He was an avid Red Sox fan. He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Jackson Jr. and a brother, Jeffrey Thomas Jackson. Survivors include his mother, Thelma Buote; two sisters, Martha A. Clausen and Deborah A. Paquette and husband, Michael; a brother-in-law, John C. Clausen; three nephews, John C. Clausen Jr., Robert T. Clausen, and Jonathan Paquette; one niece, Jennifer Motta; and four great-nieces, Ashley, Amanda, Alley, and Angela Motta. Richard was a loyal son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be missed everyday and will always be in our hearts.
