Thomas Patrick Trezza, passed away with his family at his side on November 27, 2011 at the Ocean Medical Center, Brick, New Jersey. He was 60 years old. Born Somerville and raised in Somerset, he founded and operated
T.P. Trezza Contracting in Somerset (Franklin Township) since 1977. He continued to operate the business and resided most recently in Brick, NJ with his loving wife of 37 years, Pat. Tom worked tirelessly through his life providing for his family. In his free time he enjoyed hunting and fishing with his son and dear friends, who would tell you he was never without an opinion on politics, taxes and the American work ethic.
He is survived by his son Patrick Trezza of South Brunswick, his mother Mary Trezza (wife and Tom's father, the late Sebastian Trezza) and his sister Josephine Tocci of Bridgewater and many nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 30 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm at the Cusick Funeral Home, 80 Mountain Avenue, Somerville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, December 1 at 9:30am at the Immaculate Conception Church, 35 Mountain Avenue, Somerville, followed by the interment at Cedar Hill Cemetery, East Millstone.
