JOHN J. WNUK, 86, of Ewing Township, NJ, passed away on Friday, November 9, 2018, at Compassionate Care hospice at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton, Hamilton, NJ, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Trenton, NJ, he resided in Ewing Township for the past 63 years.

A US Army Veteran of the Korean War, John was employed as a Teacher for Franklin Township Public Schools, retiring in 1993 after 25 years. As well as teaching, he also was the basketball and baseball coach at Franklin.

Mr. Wnuk enjoyed his trips to Atlantic City, but most of all he liked spending time with family anf friends.

Pre-deceased by his parents, John and Cecelia Matuszewski Wnuk, his daughter, Janet McIntosh, and his sisters, Lillian and Helen Wnuk, and Stella Rette, he is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Marie Fato Wnuk, his son, John J. Wnuk, III, and his companion, Stephen Houck, his daughters, Sharon Elder and her companion, John Delate, and Ria Korenz and her husband, Thomas, four grandchildren, Richard McIntosh, Ryan Elder, and Amanda and Rachel Korenz, great grandson, Jaiden McIntosh, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Theresa and Stanley Olszak, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins and friends.
