Dr. Ted Hiller

AGE: 61 • Somerset

Dr. Ted Hiller passed away on Saturday at Hackensack University Medical Center. He was 61 years old.

Dr. Hiller was born in New Brunswick and was a lifelong resident of Franklin Township. He graduated from Franklin High School, Trenton State College, and completed graduate school at Logan College of Chiropractic in Missouri. 

Dr. Hiller was a dedicated chiropractor who faithfully served his patients at Hiller Chiropractic in Somerset for over 30 years. He also worked for the Middlesex County Jail and served on the Franklin Township Zoning Board. In his free time he was an avid sports fan who loved fishing with his family and friends.

Dr. Hiller is predeceased by his parents Phillip and Eleanor Hiller. He is survived by his brother Sy Hiller and his wife Linda of South River, a sister Mary Lou Litrakis and her husband John of Somerset, nephews Sean Litrakis and his wife Karen, Scott Litrakis and his wife Jill, and Ryan Litrakis and niece Kaitlyn Hiller, along with his great nieces Aislynn and Boe. 

Funeral services will begin on Thursday at 10 A.M. at the Gleason Funeral Home followed by a 10:30 AM mass at St. Matthias Church in Somerset. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery in New Brunswick. 

Visiting will be held on Wednesday at the Gleason Funeral Home 1360 Hamilton Street in Somerset from 4-8 PM.
