Comments:

Just to update everyone on my big changes. I moved to TN on June 15, 2010. A big change for this MI girl that loves the snow and has most of my family up there around South Haven area. All except for my daugther and her family who deided to move to TN two years ago. I moved to be near them and not miss the school activiities and special times with them. I miss MI but am happy near the kids. My grand children were growing up without me and so the big change for me. I bought a home in Chapel Hill a small town 38 mile south of Nashville. It is quiet and so far my cat and I love it here. Except for this hot weather, but MI is hot too so not much change, just hope to not have to shovel snow this winter. Plan to see all of you in Sept for the reunion. Take care and God Bess Ann

I worked at the telephone company until fall of
63 then went to LPN nursing school in Kzoo. Graduated in Aug of l964. I worked at Bronson Hosp, where I met my ex husband and got married in l966. I was a stay at home mom after the birth of Anna Maria from Oct of l968 to Feb 1974.
I worked at Restwood in Nursing home, after my divorce, until I accepted the job as Director of Nursing at Countryside Nursing home in South Haven and helped open it. During that time I went back to school and got my RN and Bs. I worked there for 11 and half years then went to work for the State of Michigan at Kalamazoo Psychiatric Hosital in Kalamazoo. I worked there until I transfered to Grand Rapids Home for Vetrans. I then moved to Kentwood. I have since retired and am trying to sell my home to move to TN. Marie, her husband and three children moved to TN in June of 2008 and want me to move there also. I do say that being close to my grand children is what is needed more than staying here. I attend the Grandville Church of Christ in Grandville and teach the little 2-5 year olds most of the time and work with them.
