The SEEN

The SEEN was a social networking site connecting aspiring talent with the entertainment industry for work opportunities. Our team was tasked with designing a brand identity through the multiple components of the project, including the main website, online user portfolios and landing pages. The client was seeking a visually simple, yet striking website, with a homepage that functionally displayed the highlighted company news and showcased the talent using the system.

The talent portfolio needed to give users control for showcasing themselves and their talent to industry executives. To accomplish this, I designed a portfolio template system which utilized the same structure for user information and images, then created a varied collection of visual backgrounds for the user to select to match their unique style and personality. This idea was then expanded upon to create fee-based upgraded full user portfolio websites.

Sion Power is the leading developer of rechargeable battery technology, based on the elements lithium and sulfur.

Our team redesigned the company website to accomplish the client’s goals of increasing its visual appeal for potential investors and developing a more user-focused site- one that incorporated an intuitive navigational structure for locating company information.

To make the technical information more easily understood by users,  we re-created site information and charts using both standard graphics and infographics.
