School Memories:

Loved my three years at SPHS. Played in the band and performed in all the talent shows and plays possible. Favorite memories: being caught smoking in the boy's bathroom by Mr. Gregg and showing him a 'smoking permit' that an upper class man had sold me (naive freshman!) Mr. Gregg straightened me out. But I wouldn't name the senior. (too scared!) Working on "Tiger Topics" and narrating the film at the assemblies. Playing in a rock band with Mike Romero, Ed Vogel, and Gil Unge. Being elected cheerleader only to have it rescinded for bad grades. Graduated by the skin of my teeth thanks primarily to a great caring counselor, Mr. Hartsough. Girls I adored from afar but never had the nerve to approach: Betty Fitch, Carolyn Parker, Joanna Mel, Jan Newcomer, Sisi Earnshaw, and Janie Gavert. Favorite teachers: Mr. Doughten (drama), Mr. Swartzbaugh, Mr. Solari, Mr. Dalton, Dr. Kirkpatrick,
