School Memories:

Hanging out with Dennis Miller, Mike Wawra, Mike Krock, Larry Steele, Al Broyles, Buz Davies, Ed Vogel, Mike Romero, Ed Vogel, Steve Huser, Vic Robinette, and others whose names I'll remember at 3:00 a.m.

Sneaking cigarettes behind the print shop with the late Dave Van Landingham and a member of the Campus Committee.

Listening to records at Dolly's Record Shop of Fair Oaks Blvd.; hanging out at Taco Time on Mission; back row balcony romances at the Rialto Theater.

Teachers, Mentors & Greatest Heroes:

Miss Tupica, Mr. Arrrellanes, Mr. Doughten, and the lengths Mr. Hartsough went to help students, especially this one.

Special thanks to Scott Crosby, then a senior when I was a sophomore transfer student, who extended a friendly welcome on my first day at school when I was expecting some pretty rough hazing.

Another South Pas surprise: The head cheerleader was male, Tom Otte, who also a Big Man Campus without a trace of the usual arrogance that the ex offio position of BMOC often entails.

Within a month I had cut my bad boy haircut, which had been glued in place with Butch Wax, and stopped expecting trouble.

Pastimes & Hobbies:

Staring out the window and scratching my belly.

Favorite Music, Songs, Bands:

Anything by Archangelo Correlli & Antonio Vivaldi.
I go for baroque. I also like West Coast Jazz and hung out at The Lighthouse in Hermosa Beach. Mike Romero introduced me to the place.
