Since 1968? You've gotta be kidding? I've lived in Maine, then New Hampshire since 1974. Still playing oboe in the Portland Symphony (year 26 coming up), play for Opera North and PORTopera in the summer and teach at a music school and a private school in Concord. Life is just way too busy most of the time, but I love what I do. Bill and I are still trying to finish the house we started building in 1989. We live in the woods in a tiny town and I have over 300,000 miles on my VW. My parents are living in FL and were very active until this spring. We'll miss seeing them up here this summer.
I'll be at my little sister's 50th birthday celebration during the reunion, so I'll have to miss it, but I'm glad so many of you will be getting together. Seeing her turn 50 may be about as much "reality" as I can take at the moment!
Most of my good memories involve either band with Bob Dean, or hanging out with Sue Frink, Jeannie Schlichtemeier, and other band nerds. But we didn't know we were nerds! I knew I wasn't cool, but somehow just never quite figured it out. Oh, well. I do remember having a lot of fun that last year, and I remember Bob Tschirki's and Mr. Graf. And counting the number of days in a row Miss Avery wore the same dress. Now that was lame.

Hi Bobbi - I remember you so well, mostly from 8th grade where I think our names must have made us seat neighbors. You were such a fun friend! Sounds like life has been good. If all goes according to plan, I am going to go to the reunion this year. Haven't been to Spencer in over 30 years, so I think it will be fun (and alarming!) to see all the changes. Not sure where the time went, but it's whizzing by so fast now, wish I could put on the brakes. Look forward to seeing you!
