The summer of 1968 was really something, wasn't it? Five people renting an apartment to escape parental oversight! Mother's was truly a phenomenon, wasn't it? And, you, Gordon, were the only one actually staying there! And somehow everyone drifted away from all that in time...But never to be forgotten. No, not one aspect of all of that! Do you remember when the Welcome Wagon came calling? However did Chris Kristofferson forget his rent receipt in his jeans pocket - to be discovered by his mom? I think I saw you once more after that summer. Maybe a year later. We went out to see my horse, and it was snowing...And then, like those disappearing flakes, we each disappeared from one another's sight. I still miss you and am thankful for the memories!
