Donnie died of a massive coronary. He was the only child of Donald and Edna Loper. He had three girls Tori McCoy (Nov 7, 1993), Amber Bartlett (May 6, 1994), and Jodi Montgomery (July 12, 1999), he had never married. He was living in Fair Meadows Trailer Park on Tecumseh Rd in Springfield. He had attended Rets Tech and graduated with a degree in HVAC.
