Patricia Ann Hardy 82, died unexpectedly at her home in Springfield, Vermont on Tuesday December 12, 2023. She was born September 6, 1941 in Springfield, Vermont the daughter of Harvey S. and Sarah P. (Chase) Snide.  She attended Springfield schools, graduating from Springfield High School class of 1959.

Patricia worked in the Food & Beverage Industry for many years, including her position as Food & Beverage Manager with the Naples Bath & Tennis Club, and the Royal Wood Golf and Country Club in Naples, Florida.

Family was very important to Patricia and she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by two daughters Christi O’Brien and Bonny Wood, three granddaughters Casey, Randi, and Ashley, four great grandchildren Madison, Cameron, Finnigan and Jameson. She is also survived by several step-children and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her parents, one son Bruce Stewart, and by her siblings Paul Snide, Robert Snide, Larry Snide and Dorothy Stearns.

Friends may call at the Davis Memorial Chapel in Springfield on Monday evening December 18, 2023 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday December 19, 2023 at the Davis Memorial Chapel, Reverend Gerry Piper will officiate.

Burial will be in the Pleasantview Cemetery in Chester, Vermont in the Spring of 2024.
