Sandra A. "Sandy" Hamilton, 75, of Springfield, passed away Friday, February 22 at home surrounded by her family.

She was born on February 27, 1943, daughter of Nick and Nina (Sadonsky) Horsky, and was a graduate of Springfield High School. Sandy was employed at Valley Health Connection. She was an avid reader and movie goer, loved her dogs and cat, and was an active member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church.

She is survived by her brother, Nicholas Horsky of Vancouver, Washington; her sister, Linda Long and husband Dave of Weathersfield; and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Lucy MacKenzie Humane Society, PO Box 702, Brownsville, VT 05037. Davis Memorial Chapel in Springfield is assisting with arrangements.
