SPRINGFIELD - A graveside service for Donald L Porter, 45, who died Aug. 2 in an airplane accident in Albany, Ga, will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. at St Mary Cemetery. The Rev. James M. Shea, pastor, will officiate. 

He was born in Rockingham, June 9, 1944, son of Kenneth and Lucille (LaCroas) Porter. 

He attended schools in Springfield and resided in Bradenton, Fla. area since 1969.

Davis Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
