Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church for Vicki M. Schindler, 26, who died Tuesday at St. Cloud Hospital from cancer.

Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday at Daniel Funeral Home, St. Joseph. Senior Citizens and Council of Catholic Women will pray at 4:30 Friday at the funeral home followed by parish prayers at 7.

Vicki Schindler was born in St. Cloud to Bob and Alice (Ritter) Schindler. She graduated from St. Cloud State University in 1998 with a bachelor's degree in wildlife biology. She was employed at the Old Faithful Inn at Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, during the summers of 1998 and 1999. She had been employed by Catholic Charities as a financial counseling assistant since October 1998. She was a member of St. Joseph's parish.

Survivors include her parents of St. Joseph; and brothers and sisters, Mary of Sauk Rapids, Dennis of St. Cloud, Doug of St. Stephen, Donny of Avon, and Lori of Minneapolis.

She also leaves behind her fiance, Roman Dyakin of Labinsk, Russia.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Duane 'Duke'on July 30, 1979.
