Sheila Tennison (Caldwell)

Sheila's Guest Book was closing, so I copied our memorials onto the class site.....

We were together in the first grade class picture at St.Francis, and together in the senior yearbook.. One of us was always the 'Other Sheila'... the little one, the big one....the cheerleader, the horse lover...the Baptist, the Methodist... then graduation came... we both moved out of Minnesota...and we only saw each other at class reunions... I am glad that we found each others email, and had some correspondence... I was always sorry to hear about the medical conditions that were piling onto both of you.. You were both in my prayers then, and your family will remain there. Sheila was such a good example of a God loving Christian...
I am so sorry for your loss.
With sincere Sympathy....
Sheila's old friend..the Other Sheila

Harry,

I know this is coming late but I have thought so much about Sheila. I always looked forward to her messages and her positive Christian attitudes...in fact, I was surprised by her death because she never complained nor sounded as ill as she was. I have known her since 4th grade in St. Francis. I still have the 45rpm record "Memphis" I got from her birthday party...I think maybe her 13th(?).My friends and I recently looked at the pictures I had of her and you at a reunion as we were searching for pictures of another friend that passed away, so it made me think more of her...and this was before we heard the news. I am sorry for your loss.....and ours...  Vernetta

Sheila's memory is so special to me. She was always bubbly, with a cheerful voice, no matter what she was experiencing. Her faith has been so very strong since I first met her in 7th grade at St. Francis HS. The photos bring back so many precious memories. She's with Jesus now, which gives me comfort, but I know you will miss her so much. Having lost my husband nearly two years ago, I know some of the journey you're going to be on (and are already), Harry (and family), and I know that the Lord will see you through it all. My prayers will continually be with you Harry,

.... I still think of Sheila. A year has passed since she went to be with Jesus. She will always be missed and you in my prayers for whatever it is The Lord has in store for you as you move on. It really gets easier after two years I have found as I have built new things into my own life. May you be blessed! ~
