15 Year Reunion

Reunion Date: October 13, 2012

Family Day - for all classmates (with or without children)

Reunion Dues to cover miscellaneous items:

  • $15 per classmate due by September 15th

  • To help keep track of payments, classmates can mail a personal check, money order or cashier’s check to:

  • Once the check is received, it will be deposited into a class reunion account.  An electronic receipt via Facebook will be sent to each individual indicating that their funds were received and deposited.  If someone does not have a Facebook account, then they need to also send either their email address or phone number (with area code) so a form of receipt can be provided to the payor.  If a person does not have these electronic forms of communication, a receipt will be mailed.

  • Primary Location: Magnolia Park (City Park by Sonic)
  • Alternate Location: Adam Carlson Memorial Park (Park Near the Elementary)
     

Time:

  • 12pm – 5pm

Food:

  • Picnic Pot Luck (bring your favorite picnic food)
    • Contact Aimee Dugas Broussard to let her know what you plan on bringing
  • Desserts
  • Everyone bring their own chairs and ice chests (BYOB)

    • Need suggestions

  • Adult Activities
    • Flag football
    • Beer Pong
    • Flip Cup
    • Corn Hole
       

Door prize questions:

  • Need suggestions
    • Who traveled the furthest?
    • Who has the most kids?
    • Who has been with their significant other the longest?
    • Who has the oldest kid?

Things needed:

  • Tables to set food on
  • iPod/Laptop to play music
  • Speakers and microphone (provided by Earl Bonin)
  • Name tags
  • Ideas for Ice Breaker games
  • Plates, napkins, forks, spoons, cups (picnic stuff)
  • Door prizes (need donations – gift cards, etc.)

Donations already secured for door prizes:

  • $50 gift card to Buffalo Wild Wings
  • 3 pack of Buffalo Wild Wings sauces
  • $25 gift card to McDonald’s

 

Adult's Night Out - for all classmates; no children allowed

Location:

  • Primary Location: The Alligator Bar (corner of Bridge and Main)
  • Alternate Locations: Bar hopping in St. Martinville
