Bekas, Christos A. 45, of Largo, Florida passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2013. Christos was born on March 26, 1967 in Bridgeport, CT. He moved to this area in 1984 coming from Bridgeport. He was employed by Publix for over 28 years.
Christos is survived by a daughter, Elani Bekas and a son, Andrew Bekas both of Largo; FL, his father, Christos Bekas of Seminole, FL; three brothers Nicholas and his wife, Cynthia Bekas of Apopka, FL; Jim Bekas of Seminole, FL and Alex and his wife, Michelle Bekas of Trinity, FL along with two nieces, Arianna and Alessandra and three nephews, Christian, Alexander and Andew.
Christos was predeceased by his mother, Linda.
Friends are calling on Thursday, March 7, 2013 from 7 – 9 PM at Garden Sanctuary Funeral Home, 7950 131st Street North, Seminole, Florida 33776. Funeral Services will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 8, 2013 at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 409 Coachman Road, Clearwater, FL 33765. Committal prayers and interment to follow mass at Garden Sanctuary Cemetery.
