Oh, this breaks my heart. I did not know he had died. I loved Mike. He was the one guy I could count on to make me laugh.

Mike was such a great guy!! He never had anything bad to say..... a real sweetie. And he always had that wonderful smile. I am sorry to hear of his passing. Much sympathy and love to his family.

I talked to him about two months before his death. He lost a leg in an oil field accident, and was looking to get back into the field.

I'm so sorry for the news. I can't believe i lived down the street from him for 20 years and yet I didn't know he passed away! (it so sad to fall out of touch!)

when we were kids we called him Mikey he always had a smile on his face. I distinctly remember him talking me in to going 'frog gigging' with him one summer....(yikes!) he laughed so hard he had us all laughing till we were snorting LOL we would go down to the ponds and ice skate in the winter and his hair was so blond we'd almost lose site of him in the snow! ... farewell Mikey your memory will live on!

Mike was definitely one of the sweetest, coolest, hot ( we didn't use that word back then, did we?) guys in the class. I remember asking him to a TOG dance junior or senior year and having the best time. Seriously. He got the family van for the night and we were good. I don't remember him from first or second grade at Highland Park but I remember Darla on the monkey bars. Mike was a gentleman and also sooo fun. Don't know how all this happens. Many of us have lost siblings and friends long before their time. God bless. and yes, keep the memories alive.
