The only reunion I was able to attend was our 15th. That would have been 1976.
We sat with Ron at dinner, and enjoyed talking about our years at SHS.
I didn't really know Ron while we were in school, and I remember telling my wife this is what reunions are all about. We had a great evening.
While I felt I was just starting my career, Ron talked about getting ready to retire. I was so sad when I heard about his passing.
Sad that he was gone. And sad that I hadn't gotten to know him when we were in school. As I go through the list of classmates when have passed away, I miss this great number of people who have gone ahead of us.

I was glad to be in your wedding party when you got married. That was a happy day for you.
