I actually got to really know her long after we were at SHS. I always looked forward to visits home (from LA) because throughout I would see Evelyn (and my Cousin, Dan Warren). We often went out to eat, have some drinkies, hook up with family and friends, and enjoyed many cookouts at each other's home. Evelyn loved to have fun, and she and Dan spent a great deal of time with my parents, helping them in so many ways. My brother Brian and I sincerely appreciate all she did for them--she had a heart the size of Texas.
