Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home & Cremation Services
in Jonesborough was in charge of arrangements


Mr. Cook was born Oct. 28, 1953
to Lawrence and Juanita (Lowry) Cook
He was a plant manager at Alemite Corp. in Johnson City


He is survived by his wife, Sandee

Three daughters
Jennifer (Chris) Froman of Bloomington
Kimberly (Al) Kapraun of Minonk
and Teresa (Keith) Libby of Wenona


Three sons
Nathan Cook of Minonk
Eric (Lori) Ensign of Greeneville
and Brian (Carla) Seroka of Elizabethton
His stepmother, Beatrice Cook of DePue
Three brothers
David Cook of Cisne
Dannie (Lynn) Cook of Streator
and Dennis (Janet) Cook of Bullhead City, Ariz.

Four sisters
Patty (David) Jenkins and Lisa (David) Rhodes, both of Long Point
Elaine (Don) Goerne and Joyce Cook, both of Streator
and 17 grandchildren


 

He was preceded in death by his parents
two brothers
Neil and Michael Cook
and two sisters
Phyllis and Loretta Cook.
