8 to 9 a.m. -- Public schools are open and available for tours with your family. Please check in the individual school offices upon arrival on a campus for a representative to guide you through any classrooms.
9 a.m. -- Pep Rally in the Senior High Gym (subject to change to JH gym) with limited space available.
10 a.m. -- T-shirts available for pickup at Fern & Feather, 403 S. Main St. (Austin, Courtney and Jeannie)
2 p.m. -- Homecoming Coronation in the Senior High Gym (subject to change to JH gym) with limited space available. (Note: If any of our 1985 athletes are available for gym activities, especially the captains and any queens or maids, Melody would be glad to recognize them while she is speaking. We just need to let her know before the mike is in-hand.)
3 p.m. -- Meet at the Presbyterian Church at 7th and Maple streets if you want to ride on the 1985 Float. Waiting family members are welcome to congregate in front of Fern & Feather.
4 p.m. -- Riding in Downtown Parade
5 to 7 p.m. -- BBQ Tailgate Party for our classmates only at the Ricebird Football field. (Henry Griffin is hosting this event and welcomes any assistance. BBQ with chips and drinks for all classmates is provided in the cost of your weekend event.)
5 to 7 p.m. -- Fish Fry open to the general public is being held in the cafeteria by the Booster Club. Tickets must be purchased at $12 a piece. There will be a designated seating area in the cafeteria for alumni of 10, 20 and 15 years -- but you are welcome to carry out to the tailgating location for our group.
6:30 p.m. -- Homecoming Pre-Game Ceremony
7 p.m. -- Ricebirds vs. Cave City (Seating as a class will be held for collective Alumni in section next to the Reserved section, not in the Reserved section itself. There will be special recognition of 10-year, 20-year, 25-year, etc.)
Saturday, Oct. 23
Jeannie is aware of at least one MSG allergy person who cannot have Lawry's seasoning and three chicken requests (marinated and grilled chicken breasts). Just let her know if we need special "plates" for any diabetics, low-salt, etc.
10 a.m. -- Table set up for 60 people. Volunteer decorating with black, burgundy, gray and silver theme.
1 p.m. -- Tech check. Those helping with music, games and video/slides are asked to come by to make sure everything requiring electricity and equipment is in working order.
3 p.m. -- Interior done. Any foods (particularly homemade desserts) should be delivered and properly stored in kitchen until mealtime. Cooks may be working out back firing up charcoal and grilling meats.
6 p.m. -- Those with assigned jobs can arrive early (Jeannie's cell is 830-0109, to volunteer if she hasn't already asked you to do something).
6:45 p.m. -- Front table crew arrives (Wendy and Lainie). Pick up pre-printed name tags and get door prize tickets that will be dropped in fish bowl.
7 to 9 p.m. -- Steak or chicken, salad, green beans and rice with desserts. Door prizes at 7, 7:30, 8, 8:30 and 9 p.m. (Donations needed to avoid "creative" awards.)
9 p.m. until Midnight- It's mingle, party and dance!

Directions: Occasions is a rental hall near the corner of Second and Main streets in downtown Stuttgart. It is a non-smoking facility. Most parking will be available along the storefronts near Freemeyer''s and Buerkle Drug. Please remember to keep valuables out-of-sight in your car and LOCK your vehicle . . . there will be some foot traffic along the sidewalks that night.
