In the last meeting of the organizing committee on Saturday 14th October 2013, it has been decided to collect the following amount per alumni member for the Silver Jubilee Meet.

Alumni members living in India: Rs.15,000 per alumni family

Alumni Members living outside India: USD 250 per alumni family

Important:

1. The charges will cover all expenses including food, entertainment events and your stay in college guest house. However, if you wish to stay in a hotel of your choice you have to arrange for the same and pay for it on your own.
2. The above charges are minimum amount that the alumni has to pay, however, we welcome alumni members willing to pay more or sponsor parts of the event.
3. The charges will cover the expenses for alumni member + spouse + up to two children. Additional family members will be charged extra.
4. The charges will not cover your air-fare/railway ticket etc for travelling to & fro Mangalore from your place of residence.
5. Members are urged to kindly contact their regional co-ordinator (see below) and pay the amount at the earliest.
