I am officially retired from the Army. I will be moving to Jacksonville, FL in about a month. Thanks for all of the support that I received from my Tallassee family during multiple deployments and other combat experiences. I now do some motivational speaking and I would love to be a part of any such program that arises.

Do any of you remember the Bigger, Faster, Stronger workout that we did in Athletics? Well, I have been doing that same workout with few modifications for more than 20 years. Off and on anyway. It has never failed me. 10, 8, 5, 3 this is still the way I lift weights. I have also forced this workout on hundreds of soldier. Most of them got bigger, faster and stronger. It’s funny how something so seemingly insignificant could stick with me for so long. I’m sure I learned much more than this during High School but nothing that stuck with me like this.
