Hello Classmates,

Here are a few recommendations/suggestions:

1. There are a limited number of outlets in the civic center and we are expecting a large number of participants.  So here is a suggestion, please consider using disposable buffet trays and servers with the sterno burners or tea lights to keep your food heated/warm.  Those items can be purchased at any Wal-mart or Sam’s Club.
2.  Please try to inform Pathena or Debbie about your arrival date.  This is just to help set up with the souvenir gift bags to inform the committee if someone else is picking up your bag or you will pick it up whenever you arrive because we do not want anyone’s gifts to be misplaced.
3. Please try to email tentative guest count for your table at the Black & White Affair to Shon & Ladarrion.  This just to be sure that we have enough tables and chairs for the ball.   Every paid participant will only be given 20 single invitations for their guests for attendance to the ball. You can invite a total of 20 people to your table.  You do not have to use all of your invitations if you do not want to.
4. Please email Shon & Ladarrion of the number of family members that you will be bringing to family night with you also.  This is just to be sure that we have enough food for the night.

Please remember that these items are just suggestions, none of this is mandatory. Simply trying to accommodate the number of participants that we are expecting.
