ROBERTSON, Norman J. Jr. "Jay," was born in Tampa January 26, 1958. After a brave battle against cancer, Jay went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ September 12, 2009. Jay had been an entrepreneur since 1993. He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Janet Blanton Robertson; two sons, Andrew (Ashley and Jake) and Joshua (Kayla); parents, Norman and Edwina Robertson; two sisters, Tammi (Donnie) Hicks and Terri (Brett) Conway; and numerous extended family members and friends. Services to celebrate his life will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, September 17, 2009, at Idlewild Baptist Church, 18371 N. Dale Mabry Highway, Lutz, Fla. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service time. Interment will follow at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens, Highway 60, Brandon, Fla. The family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to LifePath Hospice, 3010 W. Azeele St., Tampa, FL 33609, in Jay' s memory.
