This post is an update on the Dunbar Meridith Reunions.

Due to the concerns over the health and welfare of everyone because of the Coronavirus, it was a consensus by the Committee members to postpone the Reunion until July of 2022. We will be keeping everyone abreast of the plans beginning toward the end of 2021. Please STAY SAFE.

This is a late update on the 2022 Reunion scheduled for July 29-July 31, 2022

The Get Acquainted is from 10-2 Friday July 29, 2022. Lunch will be served promptly at 12 noon. NO SAVES OR TAKE OUTS. There will be raffle tickets sold for a drawing for a Chromebook. The drawing will be held during the dance.

Nikki Murphy, the Principal of Meridith-Dunbar Early Childhood Academy has offered to be availble from 2-4 for a tour of the school for the Alumni that would like to observe the improvesments that were made to the school from a 2015 Bond Election.

The dance will be from 8-12 Friday with BEATS BY BOBBY as the DJ

The Banquet will be held Saturday July 30, 2022 - 6 pm. Guest Speaker will be the Rev. Willie E. Robertson, Presidident Emeritus of the DMHCO. Dinner will be served promptly at 7 pm. NO SAVES OR TAKE OUTS.

Church Service will be Sunday July 31, 2022, 3 pm at Grace Temple Ministries, Bishop D.S. McBride, Pastor 801 South 13th Street Temple, TX 76504. Messenger will Rev. Dr. C. E. Maze Honorary Member of the 68 Classics.

The first update had listed the Banquet on Friday and the Dance on Saturday. It was re-accessed the most people would prefer the Banquet to be held on a Saturday so that more could attend.

The is our last Reunion so please plan to attend as we will be "CELEBRATING A LEGACY OF PANTHER PRIDE."
