Becky and I and Carol Koopman couldn't wait until the Friday noon dances at Jr. High. We would run down to the corner where Frankie Reino had his restaurant, gulp down some lunch, and head back to school.
Becky was a great jitterbug partner.
She lost her husband early and died young but is not forgotten.
Becky and I were going to make dinner for Paul and Howie the summer we graduated from Columbian. We went to the store and bought a round steak. I told Becky I knew how to cook steak. You just fry it over high heat and enjoy. Needless to say, no one was able to chew the steak because it was so tough. We all laughed like crazy and it was a source of laughter for a long time. Becky was a dear friend with a gentle heart. Miss you!!!!!
