Dear Class of 1972,

We have finalized our plans to give the THS Little Theater a fun and memorable send-off—and we hope you’ll be a part of it!

As you may have already heard, Brigadoon will be the last musical staged there b

ilding gets torn down later in the year. You should have already received an e-mail about Alumni Night, buying tickets, and making donations to help cover the expense of this production. If you did not, here is the website to do so: https://thsstudenttheater.ludus.com/index.php.

We have designated the evening of May 4 as Alumni Night. As a member of the original cast, crew, or orchestra of Brigadoon, you are invited to a pre-show reception down the hall from the Little Theater. And as a THS alum, you are invited to join others at Salt 2.0 after the show for a celebratory drink. Here are more details:

• Pre-Show Reception for 1970 original Cast, Crew, and Orchestra members and their guests

May 4, 5:30-6:30 pm. Teachers Lounge. Follow the signs to MacConnachy Square, where “Angus” will be waiting, and you will receive a Brigadoon badge of recognition. Save room for dessert, laddies and lassies! A minimum donation of $5 per person would be much appreciated. After the event expenses are covered, any leftover monies will be donated to the THS theater program.

• Post-Show Gathering at Salt 2.0, 84 Main Street (Mertz Building), next to the Warner for all THS Alumni

May 4, 9:30-11 pm. The restaurant has offered to extend its hours just for us. They have a full cash bar with twenty taps, and simple snacks will be available. The kitchen will be closed.

In order to know how many to expect, we ask that you reply as to your likely attendance at the pre-show reception and the post-show gathering, and how many are in your party. We won’t hold you to it, but it will really help in our preparation efforts.
