Richard F. Bink

Richard F. Bink, 73, died on Thursday, March 17, 2011, at the Community Hospice at St. Mary's Hospital, Troy, NY, after a long illness.

Dick, born in Sand Lake, was the son of the late Jacob H. and Irene Trumble Bink. He served in the U.S. Army in Germany from 1961 - 1963.

He retired in 2006 from Hedley Cadillac-Oldsmobile in Troy where he was the parts manager for many years and had worked for the Hedley family for over 40 years.

Dick was meticulous in the care he gave to his home, yard and automobiles.

He was predeceased by brothers Wayne and Jacob. He is survived by brothers Kenneth, Phillip and sisters Joyce Moses, Elvia Corlew, Lillian Grandjean, Donna Bink, Lorraine Heath and Melissa Bink.

Funeral service was held at the Perry-Komdat Funeral Chapel, Averill Park, NY. Donations may be made to the Community Hospice of Rensselaer County, 295 Valley View Blvd., Rensselaer, NY 12144.

Ralph Earl Bulson

Richard was a very quiet gentleman and a perfectionist in anything he did.I enjoyed being a classmate and our business relationship for almost 50 years.We lost a special person.
