Edward L. Yetto Jr.
CLIFTON PARK - Edward L. Yetto Jr., 63, of Tekakwitha Court, died on Saturday, June 6, 2009, at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady.  He was born in Troy on May 26, 1946, and was the son of the late Edward L. and Marie Beyer Yetto Sr.  He was a graduate of Troy High School and HVCC in Troy, where he received his associates degree in construction technology.  He is the beloved husband of Edna Pownell Yetto, whom he married August 15, 1992.  He retired in 2001 from the General Electric Co. in Waterford where he had been a mechanic, carpenter and mason, having worked there for more than 30 years.  He had a love for cars, great food and the movies. Ed was a member of the former Road Apples Car Club.  He was a gifted craftsman, known for his perfection with attention to detail. He enjoyed helping his family with their various projects.  Ed so enjoyed traveling to England with his wife and family to visit with the relatives in England.  He had been a communicant of St. Jude the Apostle Church in Wynantskill.  In addition to his beloved wife Edna, he is the devoted father of Amy (David) Rohrmiller of Wynantskill, Rebecca (Raymond) Swart of Troy, Kimberly Yetto of Troy, Edward Yetto III of Schenectady, Susan (David) Defeo of Cape May Court House, NJ, Margaret (Norman) Lemire and Kathy (Raymond) Rusch, both of Clifton Park; brother of William Yetto of Wynantskill, James Yetto of Nassau, Louise Trottier of Troy, George Piche of Troy, Richard Esposito of Rochester and Paul Yetto of Jackson, TN. He is the former husband of Bonny Quell Mounteer of Troy. Also survived by his 16 cherished grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 4 at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Route 9 in Clifton Park.  In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the Community Hospice of Saratoga, 179 Lawrence St., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866; or to Community Hospice of Schenectady, 1411 Union St., Schenectady, NY 12309.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted by the family to the Gordon C.
