Patrizio, Cynthia M. (Allen) TROY Cynthia M. Allen Patrizio, 45, of Troy, N.Y., died October 5, 2007 at Samaritan Hospital after a brief illness, with loved ones at her side. Cindy resided in Troy all of her life. She was the daughter of Jean Allen of Troy and the life partner of Ann Marie Dunbar. Cindy attended Mildred Elley School of Business. Cindy's strong passion for cooking and baking led her to an early career at the Queens Head Bakery and River Street Cafe, both in Troy. She worked with Education 21 and Regalo, A Gift Experience. At the time of her death, she was employed by the Rensselaer County Health Department. In addition to her mother, Cindy is survived by an aunt, uncle and cousins. She was blessed with many loyal and loving friends who stood by her side. A special thanks to the doctors and nursing staff at Samaritan Hospital for their constant care and compassion as well as the Community Hospice team for their support. Relatives and friends may attend a memorial Holy Eucharist on Saturday, October 13 at 10:00 a.m. at St. John's Episcopal Church, 148 First Street in Troy with Rev. Hap Carrier officiating. There will be no calling hours.
