Hi Everyone,

Please spread the word and tell everyone about the reunion.  The earier the better!  Also the sooner you pay, it will show up as you attending which will atract others.  We made special effor to make this a great value and it will be very informal with pool tables, games, food and lots of time to visit!

Register early and check in often.  Spread the word on Facebook and Twitter if that's what you do!

As a Flowing Wells Board Member since 2000, I will be giving a High School Tour at 4:45 pm starting in Front of the High School Office.  You are going to be amazed at the opportunities that are available to the FW Kids, Parents and Community!

Since I moved back to FW in 1994 I have been very involved in the FW community and I will share some of what has happend in future posts!   Check in again soon!

Hi Everyone,

It' time to reach out to all  your networks to (nag if necessary) our classmates and those of 82 and 84 to come to the reunion!  Tell them to go to flowingwells83.com.

Getting this reunion started and reflecting upon life, career and the death of Carolina Castro this last week after a long battle with cancer, I feel the relationships with people who shared those early experiences, cared about us just because they loved us for who we are and enjoyed our company are some of the most important in life.  I feel the importance of these relationships are becoming more important as we age.

As a FW school board member I have had the privilege of signing the diploma of every FW graduate since 2000 and shared the graduation experience with the students and their parents.  One thing I reminded myself of is advice from columnist Mary Schmich of the Chicago Tribune in 1997, "Advice, like youth, probably just wasted on the young" and the song that came later in 1999.  "Everyone's Free To Wear Sunscreen."

In her column and in the song it says:

"Understand that friends come and go, but with a precious few you should hold on. Work hard to bridge the gaps in geography and lifestyle, because the older you get, the more you need the people who knew you when you were young."

So get out there are start nagging!  I for one, would love to see you!  Thanks,  Kevin.
