Hello Fellow BTW ‘77 Classmates!
Since our inception in 2009, the BTW Class of ’77 2012 Reunion Committee has been working diligently to prepare for an awesome 35th reunion. This affair will take place next year, June 15 and 16, 2012. We are pleased to present the following itinerary:

Come and join us as we kick-off our 2012 Reunion celebration!

Awards and Recognition Luncheon
Don’t miss this chance to see classmates you haven’t seen in awhile, and some of our teachers and counselors who were supportive our BTW Class of ’77. You will also have a chance to win some great door prizes!
8 PM to 9 PM
Cocktail Hour
Come join us for cocktail hour, where you can catch up with some old friends and enjoy some great music!
9 PM until 1:30am
BTW 1977 Class Reunion Dance
You don’t want to miss this event. We will have live entertainment for your enjoyment and it will be a blast to walk down that isle when your name is called for the BTW Class of 1977 Hornet Roll Call! We hope to see you there!
You can enjoy the entire BTW 77 2012 Reunion celebration for only $75 (per classmate) and $50 each guest. If you choose to attend only one of the Saturday events (Luncheon or Dance), your cost will be $30 (per classmate) or $25 each guest for the luncheon and $20 per person for the Reunion Dance. Note: In order to attend the luncheon, you must register and pay ON OR BEFORE June 1, 2012.
How do you register for the BTW Class of ‘77 35th Reunion? Links are active as of today!
1. Go to the class website at WWW.BTWCLASS77.com. The BTW ’77 Reunion registration link will be the first link on the left side of the home page, titled “BTW ’77 35th Reunion”. Follow the prompts and complete the registration information and send in your payment through the class website donation module; or
2. Print registration form from the class website at the link “Reunion Registration". Mail completed form along with check or money order payable to: BTW Class of ’77 , P.O. Box 6007, Tulsa, OK 74148.
Note: A $5 processing fee will apply for on-line credit/debit card payments made on the class’ website donation module, payable through PayPal. Please add the additional fee in your total reunion dues when using this option. Your payment through the module is secure!
3. Please feel free to download the registration form for classmates who may have
not have joined the class website and send to them. Better yet, encourage them
to join the site and they can complete their own registration to get in on the early
bird specials. Pass the word along to classmates not on the website that registration is open!

The Hyatt Regency is our host hotel and we would love you to join us while in town. Room rates are $89 + tax, per night. You can make your reservations by calling the hotel at 1-888-591-1234 or you can make your online reservation at www.tulsa.hyatt.com and enter the Group Code: G-BTW1 in the group # field. Feeling lucky? You may be the winner of 1-night complimentary room at he Hyatt during our BTW ’77 2012 reunion. All you have to do is register for the reunion (on-line or by mail) by the early bird special date of April 1, 2012 and your name will be entered into a drawing for a 1-night complimentary room at the Hyatt Regency during the reunion.
