Since 1989? Got married in 1990. Started having babies and decided to stay home with them. Then it was time for them to go to school and we decided to keep them away from public schools for too many reasons to list here.
We've lived in Tulsa most of our marriage (except for 2 years in the country and almost 1 year in Corpus Christi.) Chris, my husband, works at PSO and has since before our first baby was born.
I went to college off and on since I left high school but didn't finish my degree until May 2008. I have a degree in English. I love words and loved my degree program. I could take classes forever. I just don't know what I want to do with it now. Maybe a master's degree...I'm still deciding.
I spend my days hanging with my kids (who are now 16, 14, 12 and 8 and incredible people) and our dogs and working in my garden. I'm into politics, growing food, music, reading and my family. Lately, I've been thinking that I could be a hermit if I didn't have all these kids. Seriously.
