30^th Reunion | June 20-21, 2014

Cost is $75 per person for the two-day event*

Friday, June 20:

• Daytime: Charger Golfing, time and place TBA. *Cost is not included and is payable the day of.
• Evening: Casual Downtown Tulsa Restaurant/Pub crawl with headquarters TBA.

Saturday, June 21:

• Daytime: a tour of the brand new sports complex at Memorial.
• Evening: Casual BBQ dinner, dancing, music and fun at Cain’s Ballroom. Age 21 and over only.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the downtown Hyatt for $89 a night.  It should bring back memories as this is the same hotel as our Prom!  It has been remodeled and will be within walking distance of Friday and Saturday night events.  Please contact the hotel at:

FAQ:

1. Question:  Can I come to the reunion even if I didn’t graduate from Memorial in 1984?

   Answer:  YES!  Everyone is welcome, upper classmen, under classmen, siblings, teachers, people who at one time were in the class of 1984 and just fans of anyone lucky enough to be in the class of 1984.  Contact Dana Schuler Drummond at reunion@sharpshootercommunications.com to get added to the list.

2. Question:  I missed the deadline can I still come to the reunion?

   Answer:  Of course!  We are planning for a few last minute sign ups, but you will have to pay for your procrastination!  Total for the weekend will be $84.84 vs the $75.  Go ahead and sign up thru the website or contact Dana Schuler Drummond at reunion@sharpshootercommunications.com.

3. Question:  What is the dress code?

   Answer:  CASUAL!  Jeans, shorts maybe a sundress, etc. You will be walking around downtown Tulsa and partying at the Cain’s Ballroom.  Just be sure and wear your dancing shoes!

4. Question:  I think, I can only come one night do I still need to pay the $75?

   Answer:  Most of the cost is either overhead or associated with Saturday night, so if you are coming only on Saturday, please pay the $75.  If you are only coming to the pub crawl on Friday, please consider making a donation of around $20 to cover some of the overhead cost.  You can either send that to Dana Schuler Drummond via snail mail or find one of the committee members on Friday night and give it to them.

5. Question:  I want to help!  What can I do?

   Answer:   We can use all kinds of help!  Decorating, Set up, Planning, Slide show presentation, etc. Please contact anyone on the reunion committee for more details.   But, mostly we need help with encouraging your fellow chargers to come to the reunion!
