Flag Presentation

What so proudly it waved

A United States flag, certified to have been flown over the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., was presented to Will Rogers High School during the Hall of Fame induction ceremony on November 4, 2013, by Dick Risk, founder and president of the Will Rogers High School Community Foundation, who had arranged for the flag through U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe. It was received by Lt. Col. (U.S. Army, Ret.) Ronald Fry, head of the Junior ROTC at Will Rogers.
