Roy R Cadle, passed away on August 26th. He was part of the 1959 graduating class at Will Rogers High School. He was born Nov 2, 1940, in Denver, CO.
He had one sibling, Elaine Cadle Glover (WR class of 1960). One daughter, Kim Britts and 3 stepchildren, Kathy Buckmaster, Doug Starr and Johnny Starr. He was married the past 11 yrs to his wife Mona.
Roy was in AA for 31 yrs, a constant in helping others through that journey, as well as referring many friends to TCI, when faced with cancer and was so proud when they indeed received awesome care!
He outlived all the medical predictions by many years! Never negative, always upbeat, as anyone that knew him, will attest to! He will be missed by many! Roy fought a galiant battle all of his life with medical problems.
Roy has donated his body to the Oklahoma Medical Center.
On a personal note, Roy's sister Elaine (class of 1960) worked with and shared an apartment with my wife Anne in the 60's. She introduced Anne and I and has been a life long friend. Our prayers go out to the family.
