Belinda Richardson Allen, age 55, of Tuscaloosa, died June 29, 2008, in Tuscaloosa. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. today at Evergreen City Cemetery with Rev. Dax Lancaster and Rev. Bill Richards officiating and Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Survivors include her very special friend, William K. Hinton; her sons, Luke R. Allen and Clint Allen (Kelly); her sister, Layna Richardson Patton (Stuart); her parents, Isaac W. Richardson and Jerry B. Richardson; and her grandchildren, her beloved Rose and Lily Allen. Belinda was a graduate of Tuscaloosa High School in 1970. She earned her degree in Mathematics from The University of Alabama. Belinda was an active associate at Richardson Meats since 1981, a family owned business. She was a beloved mother of Luke and Clint. Pallbearers will be Adam Bambarger, Alvin Durrett, Jason Skelton, Jimmy Skelton, Brad Shelby, and Jimmy Robertson. Honorary pallbearers are Police Chief Ken Swindle, Stanley Hord, Ryan DeGraffenreid, III, Carlton Robertson, James Randolph, Frank Nelson, Mr. and Mrs. Victor Poole and family, Rod and Susan Wilkin, Stuart Patton, Ed Barton, Arnold Clark, David Crawford, Julie Goodwin, Wayne Gillam, employees of CNP of Tuscaloosa City and County Schools, customers of Richardson Meats, employees of Regions Bank- Skyland and Northport branches, Aaron Davis, and all friends and family.
