COTTONDALE - Joey ""Steve"" Bosch, age 66, of Cottondale, passed away on July 11, 2017, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 14, 2017, at Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel with Bro. Gary Youngblood officiating. Burial will follow in Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be today, July 13, 2017, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah Bosch; sons Jason Bosch (Jenna) and Chris Bosch (Brandi); daughter Janet Lindsey (Hal); two grandchildren; one great- grandchild; and eight siblings.
Steve was born on June 25, 1951 in Tuscaloosa, Ala. He was a loving husband and father, and brother to eight siblings that he loved dearly. Steve retired from Mills Electric and was a member of Peterson Community Church. He will be greatly missed but we find comfort in knowing that we will see him again.
Pallbearers will be Jamie Banks, Scotty Bosch, Tommy Bosch, Jeremy Dunn, Noah Klipstine and Daryl Lemley. Honorary Pallbearers are Caring Days, Mills Electric, Jamie Johnson, Shane Boggess, Dr. Brian Wilhite, Dr. Gary Newsome, Skyland Baptist Church and Hospice of West Alabama.
