I knew Joan from Eastwood Jr. High days. She was just a real sweet girl. What more can I say.

Joan was in my homeroom class from 7th grade on up.  She was a lovely person, inside and out, and a good friend.  She was smart and funny.  I just saw this memorial, or I would have written something sooner.  Blessings to her family.

Joan was so graceful and kind.... always helping others ....when if truth be known... She could have used a little help from her friends to get by.     They say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree....well Joan was fortunate to have had great parents.. .I walked w/ her mom around the neighborhood and shared stories of growing up.

June loved my chix salad and I loved her stories.. I miss our walks together!!!!!!!!!!!

Forgive me all....... I am Wilma Flintstone living in a Jane Jetson world!!!!!!!

I love the old ways of doing things.... the farm....simple beauty and respect for all living things!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  in the spirit of celebrating our TEACHERS

May we also pay respect to Patricia Yates Kellum Potter....she spoke @ least 7 languages and found her Soulmate in California (Rusk Potter) he looked like a very handsome Santa. She died at 66 of Colon Cancer, survived by her daughter Scarlet (A marvelous costumer and mother) .

Ms. Irene Little was Patricias' mentor and one of the kindest women I have ever known....always soft spoken and patient.  She was just down the hall @ a nursing home shared by several of our (THS) family members. Ms. Little loved to read mysteries and watch "Murder She Wrote"......       The Library was her most cherished sanctuary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
