Hey Dan! I rode the bike to Wickenberg for breakfast this morning. One of the guys was on a BMW similar to yours. Another was on a Black Sportster (Taylor) - much newer. I had a flashback to following you guys in the twistees in Hocking. Your bike's wheels had different alignments, but you rode it around the corners like it was on rails. I liked following you as there was plenty of warning when you were going to brake as you first hoped in the back seat so your foot would reach the brake peddle. I particularly remember one time we stopped for beer on the way to our campground or maybe your Dad's place and it was my turn to carry the beer. I still have a vision of trying to keep you and Taylor in sight with one hand on the case of beer sitting on the handle bars. One night we were sitting around the campfire drinking rolling rock feeling very adult (those were some great conversions!) and you told the story of your Uncle Homer falling asleep on a motorcycle. I thought of that today while doing 75 trying to keep up and not clinch my jaw and put finger prints in the grips. Nerves of steel reside in your gene pool!
