Robert Allan (Bob) Sangster March 13, 1949 - May 11, 2016 Will be missed and never forgotten. Survived by his son John (Diana), sister Barbara (Don), brother Donald (Vickie) as well as many other family and friends. Bob passed away at the Vancouver Hospice Society in the company of his son and best friend, John. Born in Vancouver, Bob grew up in Kerrisdale, attended Point Grey High School, was a member of the Maple Leaf chapter of DeMolay, and graduated in business administration from BCIT. Bob lived in metro Vancouver for most of his life, and spent his final years in Nanaimo. Bob will be remembered for his witty sense of humour. The family wishes to thank: Dr. Sreve Kulla and Dr. David Sims and the staff at Nanaimo General Hospital; the staff at the VGH palliative care unit (particularly Ken), and the staff and volunteers at the Vancouver Hospice Society for their compassion and for providing such wonderful care to Bob in his final months.
