Jack ("Butch") passed away January 4, 2004 at Miami Valley Hospital.  Surviving him were his wife, Barbara, a daughter, granddaughter, and a brother.  He retired from Chemieer Corp. after 30 years of service.  Jack was an associate member of the Fraternal Order of Police in Dayton and was one of the first Certified Paramedics in the Dayton area.  He also taught EMS for several years.  He was interred at Friendship Cemetery in Friendship, OH.
