I was so sorry to hear of Bob's passing.  He will be sorely missed by all.  He was a bright spot in our monthly class lunches with a smile and a joke for everyone.  He was so very generous in sharing his love of daylilies with friends and giving them plants from his gardens.  Bob was a life-long friend from 1st grade at Murlin Heights thru high school graduation and thru our adult  lives..  I will miss you my dear friend.  Rest in peace.

Bob will be profoundly missed at our class lunches.  His kindness, sense of humor, delight in his various pursuits (especially his daylillies and his pond) brought fun and laughter to our get-togethers.

I am grateful that I had the opportunity to get to know Bob so much better as an adult than I did in high school.  He was truly one of a kind.

Bob was witty, entertaining, and had a knack for a quick quip.

What a sweeet, kind, gentle man. I got to know Bob better after graduation. I recall meeting him at Sears. I recall playing with and petting on his beautiful dogs. I enjoyedf his quick sense of humor. I miss him.

I have never been hurt by someones passing as I have been by Bob's. Over the pass few years Connie and I had grown sooooo close to Bob, and had soooo much fun. We met some of his other friends that are just plain great. Bob was sooo generous almost to a fault. He went out of his way to help a great many people, and I can't find anyone he didn't like.To say I will miss him is an understatement. I will miss the times we went to lunch and dinner, and the way he always made you laugh. He always made you feel good about yourself no matter how miserable you felt. Bob, you will always be missed to be sure. He loved the Lord, and was quick to share his beliefs about the Lord. We will see you again my firend.

Bob was a very nice man. Poking and joking much of the time with his friends and colleagues. Dead serious and extremely conscientious about his love of Jesus and also of his precious day lilies. His presence while he was here on earth was impossible to overlook, and now he will continue in our thoughts. We'll miss you Bob.
