Bill is survived by his wife Kelley; his parents Wiliam & Maryann Tipton; mother-in-law Jewel Isaacs; 2 daughters Lisa and Lora and their husbands; 1 sister Rose Emmons and 2 brothers Larry & Mel Tipton; and 2 granddaughters.
I'm pretty sure that Bill was the first guy in our class who could play guitar. In 7th or 8th grade, when rockabilly was the rage, Bill could play it. That continued through high school when it was cool that he could pick up chords from Beatles songs, but I can still remember him singing "Angel Eyes."
