Frank was a business teacher and taught computers at Morton & Smith Middle Schools.  He had a Masters Degree from Wright State University and was a lifetime member of the Wright State Alumni Association,  a member of the Tipp City Police Auxillary, the Troy Moose Lodge and the Dayton Two-Steppers.  Frank and his wife Debra had one daughter Kara.
